5. What technical observations did you note during the investigation? For purposes of categorizing data, please post your first name, followed by your response.
Mary: Only place felt anything was outside; by glider and walkway. Impression of the 1970s; younger man, 30s, brown hair and white t-shirt. No circumstances; nothing else with it. Kim: House has a baseline high EMF of 1.5; only places of spikes were by appliances, security systems, television. Strange feeling in back bedroom. A question; can’t really explain. A vague feeling. Nothing specifically identifiable. Les: Basically the same thing. EMF readings, lowest around the pool, 1.5. Highest in the kitchen and electric box outside. All else 1.6 - 2. Beth: Physical sensations in certain areas. The same area as Mary; the closer to the ditch, the more of the pressure sensation. The room that has the purple bedspread: feeling of being watched in that room. Denise: Same EMF readings. Thermometer outside dropped to 73, then went back up to the 80s. China cabinet in the living room -- “something about it”. My own observations (Brandy): Outside noises made EVPs almost impossible. Nothing showed up on EVPs.
6. What sensitive observations did you note during the investigation? For purposes of categorizing data, please post your first name, followed by your response.
Felt dizzy when walking into the back yard.
7. What researched/historical information did you learn about this location? For purposes of categorizing data, please post your first name, followed by your response.
Homeowner reports: When homeowner’s mother moved in (with serious illness) saw the figure in the bathroom and the front yard. Thought that it might be stress related. The china cabinet and the furniture in the bedroom belonged to his grandmother. Started to study Wicca a year ago; started to study and set up an altar. Followed a ritual from a book, and from a book and for the next two days (Saturday locked out of the house, Sunday saw the man, Monday the door shut and locked). Sister reported phenomena. During the day, thought he saw a woman walking past the house; from the bedroom thought he saw someone walk past the bedroom window. Back by the glider; the house was built by the woman who lives next door. Her mother stayed her until she died. Margaret Nobel lived here next (until 1999). The house was bought and renovated, homeowner is the third person to own it. The area that we indicated was the prior homeowner’s garden area (Nobel). Bamboo, fence, compose in the area. Lady next door got Alzheimer’s -- got very upset because she and the lady who lived here used to go to that area and talk. Man that homeowner saw: pants and a dark shirt; waiting. Saw in mode of movement. Just knew that it was a man. Woman: Dark brown hair, wavy, shoulder length hair. Older style of hair --1950s look (not up). White blouse. Caucasian. Time of appearance: in evening; approximately 10 p.m.

Nothing that cannot be explained naturally
5. What technical observations did you note during the investigation? For purposes of categorizing data, please post your first name, followed by your response.
Mary: There was a very slight temp change outside but not enough to constitute paranormal sources. There did not seem to be high EMF that could account for perception of paranormal occurences
6. What sensitive observations did you note during the investigation? For purposes of categorizing data, please post your first name, followed by your response.
Mary: In the backyard area near a glider, I sensed some activity. My impression was of a man about3-35 years old, maybe early 1970s era who was wearing a white t-shirt. I did not have the impression that he had lived at the house however. I did not get a name for him or futher information. There was also energy present in the living room near the china cabinet. It may have been an association with a piece in the cabinet rather than the cabinet itself. However when the team went back into the room to record an EVP session, although I was very warm due to lack of AC, a very pronounced cold spot formed on my right so much so that it was if I was standing under an AC vent that was pouring in cold air. However not only was the AC not on, it was not working in the house and so this is not a possible explanation. Also although there was a fan blowing in a nearby room, that would have been felt as a breeze and not cold. This was definitely not a breeze of any kind, but a stationary cold spot.
7. What researched/historical information did you learn about this location? For purposes of categorizing data, please post your first name, followed by your response.
Mary: After our investigation the homeowner told the team that he had experienced apportations, had seen an female entity in the hall while he looked into the bathroom mirror. He also stated that doors would open and shut and lock themselves at times. The home had been built in the 1950s by the woman who had lived next door. A older woman "MN" lived in the home for many years. She and her neighbor had a small joint garden plot in the back of the house (near the glider area) and used to visit there a lot. "MN" moved from the house approximately 1999-2000, but the homeowner did not know her whereabouts. Subsequent research revealed that "MN" died at age 78 on 24 Dec 2002. She was born in Amityville, NY and moved to Sarasota from there in 1965. She retired in 1990 from the parts dept of a local car dealership. I was not able to find additional information on the woman next door although the homeowner had said that she had moved back to Canada.

9. What issues do the review team need to address with the occupant (homeowner, business owner, resident)? What aspects of the investigation need to be re-addressed, retested, or clarified?
The area back near the glider and close to the ditch/canal should be rechecked. Also I believe that more work needs to be done in the living room area near the china cabineet with a more personalized EVP session directed to "MN"

5. What technical observations did you note during the investigation? For purposes of categorizing data, please post your first name, followed by your response.
Denise- All around the outside of the house the EMF was between 1-1.5 even out by the canal where there were no visible power sources. The temprature stayed around 86 except for 3 times that it dropped into the low 70's once in the back near the canal on the first walk through. Then out front near the Palm tree on the left side of the driveway. The last time was when we started the first outside evp session near the canal.
6. What sensitive observations did you note during the investigation? For purposes of categorizing data, please post your first name, followed by your response.
Denise- Though I don't feel that I am sensitive I did feel drawn to the china cabinet and the area out side near the canal.
7. What researched/historical information did you learn about this location? For purposes of categorizing data, please post your first name, followed by your response.
Denise-The Sarasota County Property Appraiser- Information shows the first sale date as 11-1-1968 but the house was built in 1956 - It could be that the records only started in 1968 or that there was another owner prior to Margaret Noble - After which it change hands only 2 times.

9. What issues do the review team need to address with the occupant (homeowner, business owner, resident)? What aspects of the investigation need to be re-addressed, retested, or clarified?
Since the homeowner said he heard a voice call his nickname in the computer room I think maybe an EVP session in that room would be beneficial.
10. Is there any other information that you would like to add about this investigation? For purposes of categorizing data, please post your first name, followed by your response.
When reviewing the recordings I did pick up a couple of oddities around our EVP sessions. I did not get any orbs or mists or oddities in any of the photos which I think is odd that I did not get any orbs outside considering the amount of insects that were around. I also think that the temp. changes were odd. If it was caused by a breeze it should have happened more often not just 3 times. There were breezes on and off all evening. The temp changes did not seem to coincide with the breezes.

6. What sensitive observations did you note during the investigation? For purposes of categorizing data, please post your first name, followed by your response.
Upon entering the homeowner's bedroom I felt like I was being watched. I believe that the homeowner is watched while in this room. Close to a cluster of trees I felt the presence of a male entity. I believe he waits for someone in that area. I sensed that this was an area that he would meet a very young female. Throughout the investigation I had a feeling of overwhelming sadness and hopelessness. This was most strongly felt in the room that led to the pool.

Les the temperature level in the house stayed constant the whole time we were investigating. But when we were outside around the trees straight back from the pool, the temperature lowered by 2 degrees compared to the rest of the area around the house. I also had an EMF meter which stayed between 1.4 and 2.0 in the house and around the outside of the house except for the kitchen and electric boxes. It mostly would bounce slightly at whatever level was on the meter. However when we were doing the EVP session in the area of the trees and the ditch at the back of the house, there was a spike in the meter that buried the needle to 3 in response to a question from Brandy. This was the only reaction to any of the questions.
6. What sensitive observations did you note during the investigation? For purposes of categorizing data, please post your first name, followed by your response.

Jeanne's report:
November 17th, 2008

Mary and I did a re-check of this house.  We started by doing a walk through of the back yard.  There was a glider swing out behind the pool, and Mary got an image of it moving on its own.  We continued around the house, and Mary felt like someone was walking back and forth near the bedroom windows.
We went inside and walked around all of the rooms.  I had my EMF meter, and the readings were very low in the whole house.  We did EVP sessions in the master bedroom, the office, and the living room.  During the session in the office, Mary felt a cold spot behind her.  When we asked the question "are you female?"  I got a large EMF spike. At the same time, the homeowner got a sharp sinus pain that went away just as quickly.  We continued getting a few small spikes, then it went flat again.  In the living room, Mary felt that someone had an attachment to the china cabinet.  The homeowner said that many of the items inside had belonged to various relatives.  Mary also said that she heard swing music in this room.
When I listened to my recordings, I didn't find anything in them.  I got several photos with faint orbs.   One was in the office around the time of the EMF spike.  Another was outside over the glider.

Mary's report:
In a recheck of Wells    several things were detected by both equipment and intuitive impressions. On a recheck of the backyard, there was a glider type, canopied swing that I felt often moved on its own in windless conditions.  It is a gentle, gliding motion as if someone was sitting there talking to another or perhaps just enjpying the fresh air. IN walking around the house I could sense movement inside the front bedroom that is being used as an office, but all three people present were outside.

When we went inside, there was a sense of a male presence in the homeowner's bedroom which I did not recall from the first check. Going from there into the office, there was a definite sensation of a female presence who walked back and forth in front of the side window as if the furniture was not there. During an EVP session the KII meter that we were using responded to the question "are you female"spiked which was the first time it had done so. The homeowner also had a sharp sinus-type pain at the same time. A large cold spot centered behind me during the session.  There were no windows open, no fans or AC on to account for it.

There was still an impression of something in the china cabinet in the living room that was a draw to an entity...perhaps the same one who was in the office area. It was not the cabinet itself, but something that it contained.  The homeowner verified that many pieces had belonged to older family members. Oddly enough there was the sensation of "swing" music that  was being played as if some prevous resident had enjoyed listening to it and did so frequently.

We did try some other EVP sessions, but as I was recording, my digital recorder which is about 6 months old, all of a sudden slipped from record to play mode.  I was unable to get it to return to record and could not stop it from replaying our conversation until I actually removed a battery.
