Evie's Report:

Fieldstone

Mary, Jean, Debbie, Evie, and Shawn opened the investigation at 6:30. Household consisted of two adults, 1 child and 1 dog. There were no high tension power lines close by to cause extra EMF and all in all the home had a very pleasant feeling.

We started in the master bedroom on the east side of the home. I Picked up one cold spot at the foot of the bed, a cold spot in the bathroom and a couple of orbs. None of us had the feeling of any foreign presence.

We next went to the 2nd bathroom off the hallway. Nothing interacted with out equipment. Same thing with the second bedroom. A couple of people picked up an orb but the family is in the process of packing so it could have been dust. Sometimes it is hard to distinguish an orb from dust when the orb is small.

Around 7:00 PM we were joined by Brandy who continued the rest of the investigation with us. We finished the rest of the house and discussed the investigation so far. We went back to the master bedroom to try to reproduce the anomalies with out equipment.

In conclusion, we didn't feel like there was any abnormal spiritual activity in the home. The investigation was closed about 8:45 PM.

Brandy's report

SPIRITS present: Debbie, Shaun, Mary, Evie, Brandy, Jeanne

Others: 2 homeowners, 1 dog, 1 child

Note: I arrived late during the first walk thought. The others did a complete first walk through, then I re-did parts of it once I arrived.

Note: EMF was high here. Had a hard time keeping and maintaining the frequency. Tried to keep it on 0-3, though the average was a 1.5 - 2.0.

Living room:

3.0 EMF, dropped to 1.5

Upstairs neighbors have wireless Internet; this can be used in the downstairs apt that we were investigating. With such high EMF and the intro of wireless, most of the EMF readings will be negated.

Bedroom:

0 - 100 scale

2 EMF

Spike by doorway, but that lead to light switch.

2 small spikes by bed.

Debbie heard taps in the bathroom, but the hot water heater is in the closet behind the bathroom. Also, noises from upstairs filter through. EMF also pegs when I point the meter up due to wiring.

Boy's room:

.6 EMF

Group meeting:

Brandy: 2 orbs, kitchen and living room (when first arrived)

Evie: Got EMF peaks on meter in bedroom in center of the bed and the MA bathroom. Checked under the bed and could not get spikes to replicate. Also got a cooler temp reading when she got the spike.

Jeanne: got EMF near floor, steady readings. Probably natural readings.

Shaun: N one

Debbie: Not much of anything; heard the tapping and rustling sounds and felt a cool spot -- probably natural. Got an orb over the entertainment center.

Mary: heard the name Carl, Carlton or Carlie, but didn't think that it was related to this home.

We decided to take images of the kitchen and living room, and then go back to MA bedroom.

While doing the EVP in the living room, Debbie and I discussed one of her pictures, which had a large orb over my head. I mentioned that I had felt that there was a familiar entity around me (Jason) and the EMF spiked. We tried to work with Jason; Debbie asked him if he had a message for me and I "heard" -- Do more art.

Bedroom we also tried an EVP with no results.

Homeowner documents:

Homeowners had prior phenomena in another place (dreams, old hag syndrome). One homeowner felt watched in the house -- as if someone was about to speak with her but no one was around her. However, she didn't seem to regard it as a strong reading. Homeowner sometimes sees images in her peripheral vision but believes it is natural.

The only other issue with the home was weather or not someone died in the house. One homeowner had heard that some neighbors thought that an old couple might have died in the home of natural causes around 2000. However, no other verified information could be found, and the neighbor's belief was speculative upon not seeing the old couple, then the apartment going up for rent again.

Conclusion: This was another "base" or "test" house. Nothing was in the home. I was surprised to have Jason with me (my own named ghost who sometimes travels with me). Otherwise, it was a pleasant evening, even with no other ghosties showing themselves.

Debbie’s Report

Usual equipment used during this investigation. Fujitsu LifeBook with WavePro recording software, external mic, Casio Exilim Digital Camera with image stabilization and a Sony secondary handheld digital recorder. Total combined recording time over 4 hours.

Arrived early at the investigation site, carpooling with Mary, Evie, Jeanne. Shaun came at 6:30. Brandy, who was detained with a necessary project, arrived late but requested we begin the silent walk thru until her arrival.

My teammates requested I lead the team and I opened the investigation by explaining to the homeowners what the SPIRITS were about and how we proceed with an investigation and then got them started on the homeowner’s paperwork. I requested to any entities/spirits present to allow us the opportunity to interact with them and our equipment in a positive manner.

The household included 2-adult females, one male child and one great dog. The homeowners were in the process of moving and this may be the cause of most of the orbs I caught on camera.

We requested the air conditioner be turned off for our silent walk thru and we began in the master bedroom. Temperatures stayed in the mid 70s during the course of the investigation of this nice 2-bedroom apartment. Jeanne received one EMF spike over the master bed and she added her compass for additional readings and we further investigated to see if we could elicit any additional activity. It was noted that an office was located over this room in the apartment upstairs. The group moved throughout the apartment but no usual readings of paranormal activity was taken until Brandy arrived.

Of interest is that the SPIRITS investigated these homeowners in the past. They were one of the first families ever formally investigated and we are delighted to have them as clients again.

The most interesting phenomena of the evening centered on our very own Brandy. Brandy has a drop in non-related entity that signals his presence in a unique manner. She mentioned “Jason” and we received a positive EMF spike when his name was mentioned. I took a photo of Brandy and an orb appeared. I asked if this was indeed “Jason” and another positive EMF spike came our way. “Jason” then obliged me when I asked him to be in a photo opportunity with Brandy. An orb appears almost in the exact area I requested “Jason” to be in with Brandy. After getting the orb photos I alerted “Jason” to all of the recording devices being used on this investigation and asked him if he had a message for Brandy that this was a great time to let her know it. Brandy believes she heard “do more art” immediately following my question. Since this investigation was held on a Sunday evening and due to my extra heavy workload this week, I have been unable to listen to all recordings made at the time of this report but I will send an addendum to this report once I have reviewed all recordings.

In summation, this investigation can be considered a Control-Investigation with no paranormal activity, outside of Brandy and “Jason” being found.

Jeanne's report

We started the investigation at 6:30 pm with 5 members. Brandy arrived a little later, after our initial walk through. It was an apartment home with 2 adults, one child, and a large friendly dog. In our first walk through, we found high EMF in some places, like the living room floor, and the hallway near the bathroom. We agreed that these were probably normal. In the master bedroom, I got an EMF spike over the bed while Debbie was asking anything present to interact with our equipment. When Brandy arrived, we met and discussed the results. We decided to re-check the master bedroom. We put Brandy's EMF meter on the bed and started our recording devices. We did a question and answer session to try for EVP's. The EMF meter was kind of erratic. We thought that it was normal, and probably from the upstairs neighbor's office. Back in the living room, Brandy said that she thought that her "personal" ghost was nearby. When we asked him if he wanted to be in our photos, both Debbie and I got photos with orbs above Brandy. Debbie asked him if he had a message for Brandy, and Brandy heard "do more art". In the end, we talked with the homeowners, and found out that they had had the SPIRITS investigate another home of theirs several years ago, before my time with the group. This one was a control investigation, or test home. When I reviewed my recordings later, I found no EVP's, and got only one photo with orbs. That was when Brandy's "tag-along" was there.
