1.Mary: There was some fluctuation of temperature in the smaller bedroom during EVP and other sessions.
2.  Jesse - refrigerator creates a sound that is amplified through the hall, 2 bedrooms. As it turns on and off you feel a pressure change in the bedrooms. This can give you that uneasy feeling as if something is standing behind you when it cycles on and off. As the group was in the child’s bedroom, this pressure drop or vibration stopped. Everyone noticed it. If I had been alone it would felt like something entered the room with me.

4. EMF readings at this house were exceptionally low. The only high readings (6) were directly against the AC/heat ductwork in the garage.
5. Brandy: EMF was very very low. The pressure drop that we sensed in the son's room was, I believe, proved to be related to the running refrigerator outside of his room. When we retested the area and unplugged it, I felt the same sensation.

1.Mary: There was a tightness in the back of my neck and shoulders upon entering the current master bedroom. Just outside the door there was a definite cold spot/breeze that passed by. In the smaller bedroom there was a feeling of a lot of energy which felt male. There did not seem to be a malevolence to it, but more a feeling of ownership as though we may have been intruding. There were cold spots in the room that seemed to move, The hall outside the bedroom had a feeling of a presence as well.

3.Kimberly - Sensation of cold in Master during EVP session, dizziness and smell of purple crayon just outside master in den, and cold in child's bedroom.

1.Mary: To date preliminary investigation revealed that it is quite possible that 2 previous homeowners did die in this home, one female and one male within a 10 yr span. The obit of the male says "of Largo" and then says he died at his residence, while the female's says "of Clearwater" and then that she died at her residence. Research showed that the male homeowner and his wife had moved to Seminole from their native Illinois in approximately 1980. He was 75 when he passed away and she was 82l He retired as a clerk from the Wabash Railroad prior to moving to Florida. They were Roman Catholic. The home was then lived in by their adult daughter until the current owners purchased it about 4 years ago. The current homeowners stated that the original master bedroom had been closed up and had a strong smell to it and that the previous owner had not used it, preferring to sleep in the smaller bedroom next to it. Since moving in the homeowners have done quite a bit of renovation to the home.

3.Brandy: Homeowners have been in the house for 4 years, and it was built in 1958. They call it the "money pit" because 30 days after they bought it, it started to have replacement issues. The family reports that lamps and bulbs burn out. The family did watch paranormal TV shows, and one homeowner is familiar with the pendulum and has used it before. They attempted to sage the house a weekend before we came and the pendulum responded. Primary activity as reported by homeowners includes unusual and lucid dreams, the husband waking up nightly at 1 a.m. and unable to sleep until 3 a.m., discomfort, sensation of being watched, the family pet would stare in the bedroom, seeing a shadow figure, peripheral vision manifestations, and full manifestation of an entity. They have had visual confirmation of objects moving, doors that open or close without assistance, unusual sounds in the house and the sound of banging pipes in the bathroom/knocking at the door. One night, they felt the bed move by an unseen force. The house has been remodeled inside and outside (small parts) for the past 4 years. Phenomenon/a is seen by the 11 year old son. He reported someone tugging at the back of his shirt two times while he was playing. The first year in the house, the female homeowner saw a man in black floating across the backyard sidewalk from her kitchen window in the middle of the day. A month later, the son said that he saw a man floating across the backyard in the middle of the day, when both were at the kitchen window. Mother and son heard footsteps at night around 9 p.m. two years ago. Mother has heard knocking at the side door, and no one knocked; this happened twice in the last two years around 8 p.m. The son senses and sees the same man "all of the time", mainly in the hallway and the original master bedroom, which has an ominous feeling. Activity started up heavily about 1 - 2 months ago and is primarily reported by the son.

1.The homeowners indicated that they have pictures prior to remodeling that may be valuable to see. Also since the entity has appeared on numerous occasions in the hall and original bedrooms, it would be recommended that if the activity persists, that we set up video cams and audio recorders in that area overnight
2.Exactly how many times the entity had been seen in those specific areas of the home? 
3.See if activity died down after we left. Also curious if activity dies down when the son is not in the house. May want to recheck the fridge/son's room.

1.Mary: While there, Jesse reported feeling a tug on his sleeve and Verna her necklace being pulled while in the master bedroom. In the smaller bedroom, a rosary that Verna had was pulled as well.
2.In the master bedroom, right before entering the master bath. There were 2 tugs on my left sleeve. I was walking very slowly with my camcorder in my hand and my arm tight against my side. I looked to see if I hit something, but as far as I could tell I was clear of the curtain.
3.Brandy: The son is at the age just before puberty. It could be that he has more sensitivity at this stage; the family will have to work with him very carefully so as not to cause panic, but to also allow him more control over this. Meditation, relaxation, or martial arts may help.

Mary, Evie, and Kim:  Return visit

We just got back from the review at Oakhurst and met their son who will be 12 in July.  He was a very articulate young man and seemingly sensitive to some degree. We learned more of the original floor plan of the home and looked at the before pictures.  In one taken during the house inspection, there is a large orb in the corner of the master bedroom that looks like it has a face in it.  Homeowners said that in all the times that they had looked at the pics they had never noticed it.  This image included a shot of what we think are the former owners in what is now the old master bedroom (currently the study).  It's too grainy when blown up to make out details, unfortunately. 

The consensus is that we think it is a good idea to place video cams in the area of the 2 bedrooms/hall.  Homeowners are amenable to it and will avoid that area so that we can do this.  We will look at a return visit sometime in April.
