What to look for:  Two odd blips of light in front of the door.  Note:  the group has left the room.  No one is in there as these images appear.  We do not believe that there is anything reflective in the room and the window shades, at this point, are believed to be closed (verifying with other images of the room).

There is a IR LIGHT  with 16 LEDS sitting on a TV next to the Sony Handy Cam.

1.Flashing Orb on IR camera.
2.Debbie - primarily dust orbs captured and a possible shadow, though very faint on the wall by the crib in the master bedroom. This shadow, under further study, may simply be a trick of the lighting but will continue to follow up on it.

5. What technical observations did you note during the investigation? For purposes of categorizing data, please post your first name, followed by your response.
1.Sally: My digital camara froze and was unable to reset it. Once battery was removed the camera functioned normally. Total battery drain on my flashlight.
2.Jesse - All the equipment I was working with had no problems.
3.Debbie - no abnormal behavior of equipment.
4.Mary: In the child's room it was noted that there was a high EMF level, particularly near the floor. The EMF meter spiked numerous times in response to questions in this room. There was also a lot of EMF spiking in the living room as the team was winding down the investigation.
5.Brandy: My video camera ran out of battery after 2 hours. Nothing observed on video. Several spikes to EVP questions, including: Little girl's room: the age of 5 - 10 (double spike), "Is Jamie here" (double spike). Do you recognize Scott? (spike) Do you interact and play with K, and the children M and J (all spikes, no response to Scott). Towards the end, I was asking questions and using the meter to respond. It started to spike, which is why I started to take pictures with the digital camera. That's when I got the pink orb shot.

1.Sally: Feelings of nausea in the child’s bedroom. Clamming feeling of my skin.

3.Debbie - Experience of very light headedness that hit very hard twice almost to the point of swaying off balance. This was in the child's bedroom
4.Marta- For lack of a more specific way of putting it, I sensed energy around the house, in different spots. The energy was not stationary. The daughter's room, however, I noted had an overall oppressive feel to it. During the EVP session, the air felt stuffy and close. As far as picking up on specific people, I got the impression of an old woman, and a young child, specifically female.
5.Mary: As soon as I entered the master bedroom on the silent walk-through, I felt it very hard to breath and felt extremely uncomfortable. To me this side of the home has some very strong energy from a previous owner (male). In the child's room I had a sudden onset of sinus problems followed by coughing. Since both were respiratory perhaps it was simply allergies however. It was interesting to note that the homeowner had recently had a dream of an entity that they call "Jamie" choking her in the master bedroom. There were also cold spots near the door from the living room area into the master bedroom that appeared at differing heights. There was no noticable drafts from the door that was shut and immediately behind me. I did not pick up the energy of a child nor of a female.

3.Mary: I am in the process of tracing previous owners of this home and am now back to what I believe to have been the sale of the home in 10/87 by the heirs of "F.B". One former owner was a police traffic officer who owned the home from 11/93-7/31/98. So far the owners seem to have kept the home an average of 5 years. The house itself was built in 1951 according to property records.
4.Brandy: The house was built in 1952. Towards the end of the investigation we learned that the back of the house had been added later on. The homeowners lived in the house for 3 years. No activity happened until a desk was sent from the woman's childhood home to her. Then "Jamie", a ghost from her childhood, started to show himself to her daughter. This is a mischievous child spirit from her childhood; her own mother was interested in paranormal investigation. Her daughter is 2 years old and is the one reporting most of the phenomena. This includes "Jamie" claiming her bed, possibly slapping her, laughing at her (which the homeowner remembered from her own childhood). The baby (7 months) is also laughing at something that no one else can see. There is a second entity, the female homeowner's grandfather, Pop-pop, who has been reported by the little girl as "playing with" and "tickling" Jamie. The little girl also recognized that her father's grandfather died without being told of his death. The desk has been removed from the home and yet phenomena continues to happen. Her grandmother, mother, herself, and her daughter have all experienced paranormal phenomena, indicating that this may be a genetic trait.

9. What issues does the review team need to address with the occupant (homeowner, business owner, resident)? What aspects of the investigation need to be re-addressed, retested, or clarified?
1.Location of possible power lines beneath the house or in the attic near the child’s room.
2.Try to verify the EMF under the floor in the front bedroom, see if the field continues outside. If possible see if the outside ground was updated with the rest of the electrical.
3.Debbie - I'd like to see the review team set up a second investigation that will allow over night IR filming in the child's room while she is sleeping there.
4.Re-check the EMF readings in child's room. With less people present and not so much psi energy in such a small space, there may be less occurrence of EMF
5.Brandy: I am hopeful that activity slowed or stopped for the homeowners after our investigation.

1.Debbie - The primary reason for this investigation deals not only with the events reported by the homeowner but also is connected to a haunted object, an old child school desk from 1925 that has belonged to the homeowner when she was a child. She grew up with the "spirit-child" and the things this particular entity will do. She re-acquired the desk for her children when the activity began approximately 2-months after receiving it back. We are continuing this study.
2.Mary: Just as a note: on the day of the investigation funeral of the grandfather (of the male homeowner) was conducted.
3.Brandy: The desk has been extensively studied by Debbie, Evie, myself, Jesse, Mary, and others. No known phenomenon has happened since it has been out of the house. I believe that the little girl may be quite sensitive. Homeowner may need to work on training exercises to help her with control and keeping her calm, without feeding into the little girl's fear.

Debbies review, follow up:

The review went well for 83rd Ave N. 

The homeowner is still reporting a dramatic decrease in activity and is very happy about the results we gave to her.  Since we did not have the required 3 for a follow up type hunt we limited ourselves to just the results and Q&A with the homeowner. Kim attempted to talk the young daughter back to sleeping in her bed but without success.  When she asked the child questions about Jamie, the child would not answer.  I took the little girl into her bedroom and helped her fold and put away her clothes and chatted with her.  After a few minutes of chit chat I asked her about her nice bed and finally got around to asking her why she didn't sleep in it.  She said, "because Jamie".  Asked her who Jamie was and she pointed to the wall by the door between the living room and her bedroom, under the light switch and said, "Jamie's here in the wall".  I asked if she like to play with Jamie and she said "no".  The homeowner plans to change this bedroom around, paint it and turn it into a bedroom for her younger child. 

K. (homeowner) acknowledged receiving the follow up links but has not had time to open them but assures me she will do the homeowner surveys as soon as possible. 

Only one incident reported that last weekend when she put her daughter to bed in the masterbedroom she closed the blinds.  When K. went back into the room around midnight the blinds were open.  K. reports there is no way for her 2-year old to reach the blinds.

Since the activity is reported to be so reduced, at this time, no further follow up investigation is recommended.  K. is very greatful to the SPIRITS and sends her thanks to all who paticipated in her investigation.
